Der Schutz auf Sie bezogener Informationen, wie etwa Ihr Name, Ihre Telefonnummer sowie Ihre E-Mail- oder IP-Adresse (so genannte „personenbezogene Daten“) ist uns ein wichtiges Anliegen. Ihre Rechte als betroffene Person
Als von der Datenverarbeitung betroffene Person haben Sie ein Recht auf Auskunft gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO, ein Recht auf Berichtigung gemäß Art. 16 DSGVO, ein Recht auf Datenlöschung gemäß Art. 17 DSGVO, ein Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 18 DSGVO sowie das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit gemäß Art. 20 DSGVO. Für die Rechte auf Auskunft und zur Datenlöschung gelten dabei die Einschränkungen nach den §§ 34 und 35 BDSG.
Information über Ihr Widerspruchsrecht
Sie haben das Recht, aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit gegen die Verarbeitung Sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten, die aufgrund von Art. 6 Abs. 1 e) DS-GVO (Datenverarbeitung im öffentlichen Interesse) und Art. 6 Abs. 1 f) DSGVO (Datenverarbeitung auf der Grundlage einer Interessenabwägung) erfolgt, Widerspruch einzulegen. Legen Sie Widerspruch ein, werden wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nicht mehr verarbeiten, es sei denn, wir können zwingende berechtigte Gründe für die Verarbeitung nachweisen, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.
Sind Sie der Ansicht, die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogener Daten verstoße gegen gesetzliche Vorgaben, haben Sie das Recht zur Beschwerde bei einer für uns zuständigen Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77 DSGVO i.V.m. § 19 BDSG).
Zugriffsdaten
Beim Aufrufen unserer Webseite werden durch den auf Ihrem Endgerät zum Einsatz kommenden Browser automatisch Informationen an den Server unserer Webseite gesendet. Diese Informationen werden temporär in einem sog. Logfile gespeichert. Folgende Informationen werden dabei ohne Ihr Zutun erfasst und bis zur automatisierten Löschung gespeichert:

Cookies
Durch die Aufrufe unserer Webseite können auch sogenannte „Cookies“ zum Einsatz kommen. Cookies sind Datensätze, die von einem Webserver auf dem Endgerät (z.B. Computer, Smartphone, Tablet) des Nutzers abgelegt werden. Kontaktaufnahme
Soweit Sie uns personenbezogene Daten zur Kontaktaufnahme mitteilen, werden diese nur für Zwecke der jeweiligen Korrespondenz mit Ihnen verwendet. Wir löschen die Daten nach Abschluss der jeweiligen Korrespondenz, außer soweit gesetzlich längere Aufbewahrungsfristen gelten. Gesetzliche Grundlage für diese Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 b) DSGVO.
Speicherdauer und Löschung
Wir speichern und verarbeiten Ihre personenbezogenen Daten lediglich, solange dies für den jeweiligen Zweck erforderlich ist. In allen anderen Fällen löschen wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten; ausgenommen sind nur Daten, die wir zur Erfüllung rechtlicher Verpflichtungen (z.B. steuer- oder handelsrechtlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten) weiter speichern müssen.

Inventory data
