The days are getting shorter and shorter and colder...Autumn is already here, wintertime is coming soon. It`s time to start dreaming of holidays, sun and beaches again. For the 'inspiration' here are some photos of beaches, sea landscapes and holiday scenics from the past and last months.

Earlier this year I made a 12 day trip though the United Arab Emirates.. and... guess what? YES :-), i had my camera with me..- you can see some places i visited there in the wild, wild middle east...the UAE & Dubai are really surreal places - worth a visit!



I am sure there will be much, much more tourism in the next years, as the whole emirates are a kind of "building-up a miniature world in the desert" - so in between bentleys, rolexes, jackob & co. watches, vertu cell phones, prada, cartier, gucci, dsquared & fashion colleagues, i prefered visiting the 'nature areas' of the united arab emirates, as i didn`t want to make holidays in "NY 5th Avenue II" or "Zuerich Bahnhof-Strasse", whatever... i looked for tranquility and relaxation, and yes again, you can find it there. (but: you need to rent a car!) ((no, a 'hummer' jeep is NOT essential!)). Here you see some of the shots i uploaded in 2007 from this trip:

Until the end of february 2007 i was for 3.5 weeks on a russian icebreaker vessel driving from the tip of argentina (ushuaia) through the falklands, south georgia, south shetland islands and the antarctic peninsula. Now some months later now, I`m still thinking and sometimes dreaming (or daydreaming) about the beauty of nature I saw there. Everytime i'm processing some of the photos I took it`s a kind of jump back into this experience.

silence is sexy. yes it is.

Here is an overview of the shots from Antarctica I finishes the last 6 months. I'm far away from being through all the shots from this trip, so there will come more shots from there in the near future.

The Hey Jo Club, Jermyn Street, London is really a unique sexy, seductive and bizarre location. Together with models and make-up artists, a unique photo shooting...



Dave West has created a amazing cultivated and diverse members only club in the centre of London, which is a real life Alice in Wonderland for adults. He was inspired to create his own VIP playground, to fill the gap in the market for a distinctive VIP nightclub, bar and restaurant after being disillusioned by the lack of quality member’s only establishments. I had the chance to shot inside the Hey Jo Club with models, make up artists and funky clothes. Thanks to Geoff, Carol, Stu and Iza for organising the funky London Minilypse 2007. And a special 'thank you' to Nick, Austin, Khana, Sydney Jo, Ibiza, Anais, Abdul...for modelling. I hope after 2006, 2007 there will be another London Shooting Meet-Up soon next year!
